Fall Classes

Part I

Be introduced to the language of cooking. A technique of cooking without recipes that is unique to the School of Natural Cookery.  You will observe techniques of cooking with “whole dish grains” (millet, buckwheat, quinoa, Jobs Tears and more) plus sumptuous sauces, luscious vegetables, both basic and elegant beans, and a soup class.  When you have completed 15 hours you will choose a hands-on day in my kitchen which is limited to just two students.

18 hours (Six 3 hour classes)

Dates:  Tuesday Oct 18, 25, Nov 1, 8, 15 and one Saturday hands-on.

Part III: Improvisation

Become fluent in the language of cooking.  Improve your skills through hands-on improvisational cooking.  The unique techniques of the School of Natural Cookery will make cooking easy, fast and precise while supporting your Spirit.  Take this part over and over again to explore new horizons.  Prerequisites : Part I

Date:  Saturday, November 12th

Time : 10:00 - 4:30

Cost:  $100.00 single $175.00 double

Part II:  Balanced Meals

Employ the language of cooking. You will study technique and theory of cooking soups, proteins, (vegetarian or animal based) and simple desserts with unrefined sweeteners.  Learn meal composition with focus on balancing nutrition, energy and aesthetics.

Time:    5:30 - 8:30

Cost:     $259.00 - $289.00 depending on your protein choice.

Workbook:  $50.00 highly recommended
